We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and clients.
- Provide guidance and assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during the process.
- Negotiate terms of sale, lease, or rental agreements to ensure win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
- Prepare and present property listings to potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and materials.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and transactions.
- Graduates/ Undergraduates
- Must have 2- 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal communication - English & Hindi
- Good persuasion skills, target orientation, and tactfulness
