We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify potential properties and clients.
Provide guidance and assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during the process.
Negotiate terms of sale, lease, or rental agreements to ensure win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
Prepare and present property listings to potential clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and materials.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities and transactions.
Qualifications
Graduates/ Undergraduates
Must have 2- 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal communication - English & Hindi
Good persuasion skills, target orientation, and tactfulness
