Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management. . sales Manager is liable for the all performance of the team and achive the liability for which they are liable. . Client acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA. . Our goal is to bring the exacting standards of design and creativity that Italians are renowned for, into every home we develop. . As the School Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the complete business in the assigned territory. . Ensures health and safety compliances, and company safety and security policies are met. . Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example: expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, etc.). Desired Candidate Profile : . Experience in Sales- Good Communication & Presentable Good Leadership - Proven sales experience in CRM software. . A high energy job which requires an individual to spend 100% of the time in the field. . Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer . Should be able to deliver under pressure, in an open environment and a no walls office. . Candidate should have excellent communication skills. . Hands-on problem solving aptitude, with ability to conceptualize the right solutions for complex and diverse business needs. . Should have experience in most part of the areas of the region under consideration. Job types ; Full time, Regular, Permanent.
