We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team. : As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by connecting clients with their dream properties. You will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, showcasing properties, and closing deals. Your goal is to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to the company\'s growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including online platforms, direct visits, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Understand the needs and preferences of clients to match them with suitable properties.
  • Property Showcasing: Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting features and benefits to clients.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices with clients, ensuring a win-win situation.
  • Documentation: Assist clients with property-related paperwork, ensuring all legal and financial documents are accurately completed.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive properties to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Education: A bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Customer Focus: A client-centric approach with a passion for helping clients find the right property.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Bangalore real
