Real Estate Sales Manager -Project Managers & Sales Manager Position : We are looking for Sales Managers/ Project Managers, having min 2 or 3 years experience in Real Estate. Candidates should have good interpersonal skills to deal with clients with different range of background. Candidate having an ability to work independently with strong sales negotiation and communication skills & Go Get it attitude. Open to learn & acquire knowledge on Real estate market to provide the clients with the information they need to make decisions.
Looking for an candidates who has strong sales skills to enable them to present an influential picture of property in person. Skills Required Business acumen - An understanding of how a business achieves objectives and goals to drive sales . They must think strategically, understand the real estate industry, and have a Manager mindset. Communication skills - The ability to listen to and speak with clients is essential for effective sales managers. Performance management - Managers must plan and implement Sales objects and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment. Responsibility deliverable! Setting up client Property visit Fix a Day, Date, Time to Inspect the proposed property with client. Accompany with clients for property visits. Act as a Bridge between client and the developer. Regular follow ups Connecting clients with the financial advisers for Housing loan. Registering Client details in CRM system and with respective developers as well. Co-ordinate with the client & ensure for a happy booking. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb955,000.00 per month Benefits:
