As a Sales Executive at ZO Space, you will be instrumental in driving sales and revenue growth across our commercial real estate, coworking, and managed office spaces. Your role will involve field-based selling directly to customers, with a focus on understanding their requirements, providing in-depth analysis of real estate projects, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
• Work on System Generated Qualified leads.
• Conduct field-based selling directly to customers, understanding their requirements and proposing suitable options.
• Manage site visits, meetings, negotiations, and closures with clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
• Demonstrate strong pipeline management and forecasting abilities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate and close deals with formal quotes and proposals.
• Utilize CRM for outreach to potential buyers and HNIs.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and property portfolio status.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial real estate, coworking, and managed office sectors.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and investors.
