Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities for property sales.
• Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential clients.
• Engage with potential buyers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Provide detailed information about properties to clients, including location, pricing, and features.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and tours for prospective buyers.
• Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• MBA in Real Estate or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of real estate markets and trends.
