Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This position requires a self-starter with a proven track record of success in real estate sales, who can contribute to our growing portfolio and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients and properties for sale, based on market trends and client needs.
• Conduct property showings, provide detailed property information, and answer client queries.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages, helping them make informed decisions.
• Negotiate terms and agreements, ensuring all aspects of the transaction process are handled smoothly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and competition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new listings and attract potential buyers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle paperwork and ensure that all transactions comply with local laws and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Gurgaon or nearby areas.
• Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and current trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of property management software and CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Valid real estate license (if applicable).

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
