•Job Summary:•

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced High-Rise Residential Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, particularly in high-rise residential properties, and a deep understanding of the luxury market. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of professionalism, and a keen eye for detail.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- •Client Acquisition and Management:• Identify and engage potential buyers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing. Maintain and manage a robust client database.

- •Property Presentations:• Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers. Highlight the unique features and benefits of high-rise living.

- •Market Analysis:• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competition. Provide clients with accurate market analysis and insights.

- •Sales Process:• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing. Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.

- •Relationship Building:• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other stakeholders. Attend industry events and networking opportunities.

- •Negotiation:• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales with buyers and sellers. Strive to achieve the best outcomes for all parties involved.

- •Customer Service:• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

•Qualifications:•

- •Experience:• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on high-rise residential properties.

- •Education:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

- •Licensure:• Active real estate license in the state of Gujarat.

- •Skills:• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- •Knowledge:• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly high-rise properties. Understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
