Job Description

The Sales Executive be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, marketing, training. The Prime role is to sell high end luxury residential and commercial projects. The role involves around to build and preserve trusting relationships with our premier customers.

Doing site visits, creating a research report as per the need of clients and suggest clients the perfect project for their requirement. Excellent leadership, customer service. Excellent

communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask, work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Ability to lead while working collaboratively and independently.

Performed regular client meetings & site visits.

Effectively closed client transactions directly i.e. a successful direct selling career.

In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying cycle.

Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.

Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city.

Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.

Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality - He has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company's positive image.

You will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects

Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.

Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.

Report on sales activities to senior management.

Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.

Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

Collecting customer feedback and market research.

Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Give training on weekly basis to the employee.

Maintain Decorum and healthy environment in the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
