Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
• Ensure properties meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for property services.

2. Leasing and Tenant Relations:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants.
• Address tenant inquiries, disputes, and requests promptly and professionally.

3. Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets for properties, ensuring profitability.
• Track income and expenses, including rent collection and payment of property-related bills.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate property performance.

4. Real Estate Transactions:

• Identify and assess potential property acquisitions and dispositions.
• Conduct due diligence, including market research and property inspections.
• Collaborate with brokers, legal teams, and other stakeholders for property sales or purchases.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
• Mitigate risks by maintaining proper insurance and addressing potential liabilities.

6. Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Supervise property management staff and contractors.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance and legal teams, for streamlined operations.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPM, RICS, or similar) are a plus.

Experience:

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in real estate management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of property management, leasing, and real estate transactions.

Skills:

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
