Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. A master's degree would be an advantage.
• 4+ years of experience in market research, data analysis , or a similar role. Experience in the real estate sector & GIS is preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Excel. SPSS, or R is preferable.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey research findings effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and reliable research outputs.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on the real estate industry in Delhi, including residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Collect and analyze relevant data from various sources, such as market reports, property listings, government databases, and industry publications.
• Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that impact the real estate sector.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape by examining market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
• Utilize statistical tools and data visualization techniques to present findings and create insightful reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop effective strategies.
• Provide recommendations based on research findings to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the development and improvement of data collection methodologies and analytical frameworks.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in real estate research methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research findings and data sources.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
