The Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate development projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate development projects\xc2\xb7 Study specifications advised by the consultants, check the work orders and agreements issued to the contractors for implementation\xc2\xb7 Suggest if there are ways to do a same job alternatively with cost efficiency but not compromising on the intent and quality of the work\xc2\xb7 Plan work activities & resources to meet the construction program\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Schedule (Bar charts) & phasing of works in consultation with Project Head/ Management\xc2\xb7 Execution of majorly commercial, residential and high-rise buildings (structural and finishes) of all construction activities as per approved drawing & I.S Specifications\xc2\xb7 Monitoring of the Project execution in line with approved master construction plan and reporting to Management\xc2\xb7 Inspection and monitoring construction progress of all sites\xc2\xb7 Identify and mitigate project risks and issues\xc2\xb7 Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and contractors\xc2\xb7 Ensuring the proper documentation of field changes and as-built drawing production in accordance with project requirements\xc2\xb7 Preparation of project progress/ site reports and periodical presentation (MIS) for management\xc2\xb7 Coordinating with Architects/ Structural Consultants/ MEP Consultants, and / or any other specialty consultant and stake holders for timely issue of drawing and clarifications\xc2\xb7 Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations\xc2\xb7 Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed\xc2\xb7 Any other task assigned by Management / Reporting Manager.Desired Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor's degree/ Masters in real estate and construction management or B Tech/BE in Civil Engineering\xc2\xb7 5-8 years of overall experience with 2-3 years as Project Manager, with an end-to-end project completion experience of at least 2 projects\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in project management software and tools\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and practices\xc2\xb7 Excellent leadership and team management skills\xc2\xb7 Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving and decision-making skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time management skills\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and accuracy\xc2\xb7 Ability to negotiate and manage contracts and agreements\xc2\xb7 Experience with budgeting and financial management\xc2\xb7 Ability to develop and implement project plans and schedules\xc2\xb7 Proactive and self-motivated\xc2\xb7 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb9700,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9900,000.00 per yearBenefits:
