Each day, you will ensure that an appropriate work environment is provided for all people and production units. You will also showcase your expertise by planning to ensure the business has the right premises at the right time and in the right place, to achieve economic operations and maximize the utilization of facilities. The work model for the role is: Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion BA Function Finance in Faridabad. In this role you will be reporting to Country Real Estate Manager. You will be mainly accountable for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Builds strategic relationships with local and global division leadership to understand their future real estate related supply and demand requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops strategic real estate plans for all business areas and divisions to enhance the local division facilities for both current and prescribed future needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creates a real estate master plan with required investments and space requirements to meet the business strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maximizes efficiencies through consolidation and sub-letting initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages the financial performance of real estate for the business divisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages assets in a cost-efficient and economical way to improve profitability, productivity, and flexibility. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishes and regularly updates a detailed corporate real estate inventory of all ABB owned, leased/rented sites, plots of land, offices, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, storage, parking, cafeteria, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervises all real estate investments in ABB owned or leased facilities and ensures such investments are submitted for formal approval and in line with ABB governance procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Benchmarks, monitors, and reports the related real estate occupancy costs for all facilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops and oversees the asset management & services program in accordance with ABB\xe2\x80\x99s real estate policy to maintain the value and safety of the built environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the divisions to develop sustainability opportunities for them to support ABB\xe2\x80\x99s 2030 sustainability goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishes workplace strategies considering the new way of working in cooperation with local Divisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stays updated with industry knowledge, regulations, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development activities.Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor in Engineering or any equivalent degree with 10-15 years of experience in managing Real Estate for Construction projects.
• Experience in Project Management for any Construction or Manufacturing project, well versed with Finance/System.
• Experience in Communications & Public affairs/Portfolio Management/Sustainability.
• Manages relationship with Stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
