Location: SCO 2, 1st & 2nd Floor Singhpura, Chowk, Ambala - Chandigarh Expy, Highway, Zirakpur, Punjab 140603

Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional Real Estate Model to represent our properties through high-quality photographs and videos. The ideal candidate will possess a strong on-camera presence and be able to effectively highlight the features and benefits of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model for property photoshoots and video tours, ensuring that the property's features are showcased effectively.

2. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to achieve high-quality visual content.

3. Follow directions to present properties in a way that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.

4. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor during all modeling sessions.

5. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving property presentation and marketing materials.

6. Ensure timely attendance and preparation for scheduled shoots.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a model or in a related field is preferred.

-Strong on-camera presence with the ability to convey professionalism and confidence.

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction well.

-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.

-Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
