Job Description

Looking for a marketing manager who has at least 1 year of experience with a reputed real estate broker firm in generating leads from Andheri to Borivali location. Strong understanding of marketing platforms like 99 acres, magicbricks, housing.com etc and able to generate leads form them. Ability to execute successfully lead generation campaigns from Meta, Google and other digital platforms to generate quality leads for real estate projects. Excellent knowledge of current under construction and ready to move in projects in Andheri to Borivali belt

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative marketing strategies.
• Plan and monitor campaign budgets.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.
• Coordinate with the BTL and the presales team to improve marketing results.
• Must have hands-on in-depth technical knowledge of Google GDN, adwords, FB, social media campaigns and should be able to run them independently.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, and target audience.
• Manage and update content on the website & develop new landing pages.
• Deploy performance marketing, CPC / SM campaigns to achieve lead generation targets for each project.
• Keep abreast about new projects and launches in this region

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year of experience working with reputed real estate broker firm, ability to communicate effectively with experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of various marketing and social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing across channels, email, social media and/or display advertising campaign.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?65,583.54 per month
