Property Panda Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic, target-driven Marketing Executive to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, promoting properties, and building strong client relationships through field marketing efforts. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who thrives in a results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Marketing: Actively engage with potential clients in the field, visiting locations, and promoting Property Panda's real estate offerings.
• Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets based on property packages.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and approach prospective clients, generate leads, and close sales.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to strategize marketing efforts effectively.
• Brand Promotion: Represent Property Panda in the field, ensuring positive brand visibility and awareness.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Vehicle Requirement: A personal vehicle is mandatory for this role as it involves fieldwork and travel.
• Target-Oriented: Must be highly motivated and goal-driven with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
• Location: Must be based in Ahmedabad and available for local travel.
• Flexibility: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Salary Structure: Salary is based on sales targets and package sold. Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
