: As a Corporate Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's real estate assets and ensuring efficient and effective utilization of corporate office spaces and facilities. You will oversee lease agreements, property acquisitions and disposals, and play a critical role in strategic planning to optimize our real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement corporate real estate strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage lease agreements, negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
• Conduct financial analysis and budgeting related to real estate portfolio operations.
• Oversee property acquisitions, dispositions, and lease administration.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand space requirements and facilitate efficient space planning and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards.
• Evaluate and recommend cost-effective real estate solutions to support business operations.
• Manage relationships with landlords, property managers, brokers, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in corporate real estate management or related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, leasing principles, and property management.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data, conduct feasibility studies, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Property Manager (CPM)).
• Experience in project management and overseeing construction or renovation projects.
