Shift Time: 10 am to 6:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Generate leads through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide comprehensive information about properties.
• Conduct property tours and answer client queries.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
• Participate in property exhibitions and networking events.
• Mentor and train junior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Diploma
• Minimum Experience: 3+ years in real estate sales
• Age: 18 - 35 years
