POSITION PURPOSE

The IT Manager will manage a development team of developers and tech leaders. S/He will be the single point of contact for Paris IT Solutions Engineering department and will ensure the proper progress of the developments supported by his team. S/He will ensure the good level of quality and reporting of his activity.
Responsibilities
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report advancement to the Paris IT Solutions Engineering department with the appropriate governance
• Staffing management, based on Paris staffing needs
• Manage a team of 10 to 15 tech leads & developers, with growth perspectives in the coming years
• Ensure the required level of quality of developments, follow KPIs
• Support the development teams with his/her IT expertise
