POSITION PURPOSE

The IT Manager will manage a development team of developers and tech leaders. S/He will be the single point of contact for Paris IT Solutions Engineering department and will ensure the proper progress of the developments supported by his team. S/He will ensure the good level of quality and reporting of his activity.


Responsibilities


DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
---------------------------


• Report advancement to the Paris IT Solutions Engineering department with the appropriate governance


• Staffing management, based on Paris staffing needs


• Manage a team of 10 to 15 tech leads & developers, with growth perspectives in the coming years


• Ensure the required level of quality of developments, follow KPIs


• Support the development teams with his/her IT expertise

• Ensure the required level of commitment of his team to deliver on time


• Contribute to Real Estate IT strategy


TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of Java (front-end/fullstack development experience, Angular and/or React) and Microsoft Dynamics


• Experience with DevOps technologies (CI/CD, GitLab and/or GitHub, etc.)


• Has a 1st experience with Cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes and/or OpenShift)


• Several experiences in people and team management

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS (IF REQUIRED)

• A first experience with noSQL database is an advantage


• A first experience working with international end clients would be a plus
