: Real Estate Sales Intern

Position Overview:

Next Footstep Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry, develop sales skills, and work closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Support in preparing and presenting sales materials to clients.
• Help in organizing and attending property viewings with clients.
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Duration and Compensation:

• Internship Duration: 4 months
• Stipend: 20,000 to 30,000 /- per month

Incentives during Internship:

For each closure, you will receive ladder-based scaled incentives:

• 1st closure: 10,000 /-
• 2nd closure: 15,000 /-
• 3rd closure: 20,000 /-
• And so on.

Interns who demonstrate outstanding performance during the internship will be considered for a pre-placement offer with Next Footstep Pvt. Ltd.
