This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, suitable for a junior-level candidate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires dynamic handling of the sales process for residential properties, with an emphasis on CRM management and customer satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills

  • Possessing expertise in referral generation and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in real estate customer relationship management systems, ensuring efficient handling of client data and processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated success in residential sales with a strong knowledge of market trends and customer preferences (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in CRM software to streamline sales processes and improve customer engagement.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes in client agreements and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey project details effectively and manage client expectations.
  • Understanding of the real estate sector, including current market conditions and key players.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently drive new business initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Engage with leads generated by the marketing team to articulate and clarify project details and benefits.
  • Conduct persuasive conversations to convert inquiries into site visits and potential sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients, addressing all queries to ensure transparency.
  • Facilitate the booking process by guiding clients through necessary financial and legal procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve sales strategies and marketing approaches.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Develop strategies for referral generation to assist in expanding the client network and increase sales revenue.
