Role & Responsibilities
• Convert Prospects into Customers: Showcase suitable residential properties to potential clients, aligning with their investment needs.
• Sales Visits & Customer Interaction: Organize and conduct sales visits, attend to customers, and present project details effectively.
• Lead Generation: Follow up on leads from the Marketing team and generate self-leads through local activities and networking.
• Client Guidance: Assist clients in making informed decisions about real estate investments.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.
