Work Location: Gurugram, complete address in the Signature.
Shift Timings: 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
Work Days: 6 days working (week off will be one day between Monday to Friday)
In this role, you will be responsible for:
o
Prospecting for new clients: This may involve using various lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, following up on web inquiries, and attending networking events.
o
Qualifying leads: You'll assess potential clients' needs and budget to determine if they are a good fit for the company's properties.
o
Scheduling appointments: You'll work with qualified leads to schedule appointments with listing agents to view properties.
o
Following up with clients: You'll maintain communication with clients after appointments, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have.
o
Building relationships: You'll develop rapport with clients to understand their needs and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
o
Promoting properties: You may be tasked with highlighting the features and benefits of specific properties to generate interest.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

Excellent communication skills: You should be able to clearly and concisely communicate with clients over the phone.

Strong interpersonal skills: Building rapport and establishing trust with clients is key.
o
Active listening skills: You need to be able to understand client needs and tailor your approach accordingly.

Sales experience: A background in sales is a plus, but not always required.
