Real Estate Pre-Sales Consultant

Position: Pre-Sales Consultant (Tele-calling)

Employment: Permanent, Full time

Experience: Minimum 6 months of Real Estate Experience

Work Location: Gurugram, complete address in the Signature.

Shift Timings: 11:00 am to 7:30 pm

Work Days: 6 days working (week off will be one day between Monday to Friday)

In this role, you will be responsible for:

o

Prospecting for new clients: This may involve using various lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, following up on web inquiries, and attending networking events.

o

Qualifying leads: You'll assess potential clients' needs and budget to determine if they are a good fit for the company's properties.

o

Scheduling appointments: You'll work with qualified leads to schedule appointments with listing agents to view properties.

o

Following up with clients: You'll maintain communication with clients after appointments, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have.

o

Building relationships: You'll develop rapport with clients to understand their needs and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

o

Promoting properties: You may be tasked with highlighting the features and benefits of specific properties to generate interest.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

o

Excellent communication skills: You should be able to clearly and concisely communicate with clients over the phone.

o

Strong interpersonal skills: Building rapport and establishing trust with clients is key.

o

Active listening skills: You need to be able to understand client needs and tailor your approach accordingly.

o

Sales experience: A background in sales is a plus, but not always required.

o

Persistence and resilience: Cold calling can be challenging, so a positive attitude and perseverance are essential.

o

Time management skills: You'll need to be able to manage your time effectively to meet call quotas and schedule appointments.

o

Strong work ethic: This is a fast-paced environment that requires a dedicated and results-oriented individual.

Familiarity with real estate terminology: Understanding basic real estate concepts is beneficial.
