Gender \xe2\x80\x93 Female \xef\x82\xb7 Salary - 15k to 23k (depends on experience) + Incentive \xef\x82\xb7 Experience- 2+years in Real Estate Concern \xef\x82\xb7 Age Limit - upto 38years Roles & Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Contact New Customers or Existing customers to inform them about a project by using Project scripts. \xef\x82\xb7 To answer all queries about the company projects politely. \xef\x82\xb7 To understand customer requirements and Recommend the projects based on their needs. \xef\x82\xb7 Up Sell & Cross sell the product to right customers by asking questions based on their requirements. \xef\x82\xb7 To Follow up the interested customers actively and push them for project site visit. \xef\x82\xb7 To Forward the interested prospects to the site along with field sales person when needed. \xef\x82\xb7 To verify the customer presence at site with the project sales team. \xef\x82\xb7 To interact with the project sales team about customer requirements and their background. \xef\x82\xb7 To Achieve the Site visit target every month. \xef\x82\xb7 Keep records of all calls & Customer information in the database for the company. \xef\x82\xb7 Follow up the visited customers vigorously to close the sales whenever needed.
