Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Real Estate Channel Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This role requires a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to selling real estate, handling rejections, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achieve the monthly/quarterly sales quota.
• Meeting "Channel Partners", "intermediaries" in a given territory for enrolling them to work as partners.
• Assisting the "CPs" in "Sales Process" to ensure productivity & profitability for the CPs.
• Contribute individually to meeting sales quotas.
• Be responsible for sales and meeting the sales commitments.
• Make cold calls through telephone, emails, and by visiting CPs offices.
• Also connect with other HNI prospects in the given territory.
Skills required:
• Experience in channel sales.
• Handling people facing roles.
• Being responsible for getting orders.
• Capable of working long hours.
• Punctual and well-presented.
• Able to face people, make proposals, and handle rejection 90 out of 100 times.
• Have an entrepreneurial approach: promote, sell, get rejected, get knocked down, get up, dust yourself off, and keep going.
• Accountable for results.
• Make commitments and deliver them.
• Handle significant responsibility and mental pressure.
