-Position: Real Estate Executive Assistant
Hours: 6:00 Pm to 3:00 Am (Monday to Saturday)
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Assisting with scheduling appointments
- Providing administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in English (Highly Required)
- Ability to multitask
- Business development Skills
