Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: o Identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
Perform CP (Cold Calling) to generate leads and schedule appointments.
1.Develop and maintain a database of prospective and current clients.
2. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. o Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options. 3. Property Listings: List properties for sale or lease, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and photos. Coordinate with property owners for showings and open houses. o Property Tours and Presentations: tenants. o Highlight key features and benefits of properties.
4. Negotiation and Sales: o Negotiate property deals with buyers, sellers, and other real estate agents. Prepare and present offers to clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated.
5. Transaction Management: o Assist clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing. Ensure all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on time.
6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and competitive listings. Provide clients with market analysis and reports to support their decision-making.
7. Customer Service: o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to work on-site and engage with clients face-to-face.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Must be proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented.
Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
