Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property requirements
2. Source potential buyers and sellers through networking and marketing efforts
3. Show properties to potential buyers and provide guidance on the buying process
4. Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements
5. Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and ensuring smooth
transactions
6. Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations
7. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
8. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the real estate agency
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role
2. Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
5. Demonstrated track record of successful sales transactions in real estate
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Real Estate license may be
required)
7. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
8. A positive attitude, enthusiasm for real estate, and strong work ethic are essential for
success in this role.
