: Real Estate Sales Agent

Position Overview:

Next Footstep Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties and their benefits.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends and property values.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts with clients, other real estate agents, and potential buyers.
• Provide clients with guidance and advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and manage necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, and deeds.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services (MLS).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar sales role.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property values.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
• Proficiency in using real estate databases and CRM software.
• Valid real estate license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
