Able to take ownersihp and close real estate transactions. This will be for new and resale properties.
- Responsible for finding and showing properties to customers and closing the sales.
- Heavy Involvement in the field visiting properties, finding property deals and closing sales.
- Work on rental of properties within coimbatore region.
- Managing Site visits and follow-up for sales closures
- Manage positive relationship with the customer
- Detailed follow up of sales leads, interactions and documentation
- Supporting the team in identifying properties in assigned region.
- Giving Daily/weekly Report of booking to Business Head
- Flexible schedule
