Roles and Responsibilities:
• Property Listings and Management:
• Identify and list properties for sale, lease, or rent, including residential, commercial, and land properties.
• Maintain an updated database of properties, clients, and leads.
• Coordinate with property owners for inspections, agreements, and document verification.
• Client Interaction and Relationship Management:
• Understand client requirements for buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Provide clients with suitable property options that meet their needs and budget.
• Conduct property showings and site visits for prospective buyers or tenants.
• Market Analysis and Advisory:
• Conduct market research to identify property value trends and competitive pricing.
• Advise clients on property pricing, market conditions, and legal processes.
• Keep abreast of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market dynamics.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure:
• Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients to achieve the best outcomes.
• Prepare and review agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
• Ensure smooth closure of transactions, coordinating with legal and financial teams.
• Lead Generation and Networking:
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and developers.
• Attend real estate events and exhibitions to enhance visibility and network.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM tools and MS Office.
• Good understanding of local real estate laws, market trends, and property documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in real estate or related training (preferred).
• Proven track record in sales or real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with online property portals (e.g., MagicBricks, 99acres).
