Job Description


Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to real estate agents and brokers, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone and email communications. Transaction Coordination: Assist in the management of real estate transactions, including gathering and organizing documents, coordinating with buyers and sellers, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on property listings and transactions. Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all records are accurate and current. Property Research: Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends to assist clients and agents in making informed decisions. Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
