Role Description

We are seeking a React/Next.js Developer with 1-2 years of experience for a full-time, on-site position at our Patna office. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications. You will work on both the front-end and back-end of modern web applications, leveraging technologies like React, Next.js, and other JavaScript frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop dynamic and responsive front-end web applications using React.js and Next.js.
2. Implement and maintain clean, modular, and reusable code.
3. Work on state management using tools like Redux, Redux tool kit, Context API, or similar libraries.
4. Integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between the front-end and back-end.
5. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional components.
6. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application reliability.

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years of hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
2. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
3. Knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js and RESTful APIs is a plus.
4. Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
5. Experience with Redux, React Query, or similar state management libraries.
6. Ability to write unit tests and perform integration testing.
7. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with TypeScript and modern ES6+ JavaScript features.
2. Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
3. Understanding of modern CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS or Bootstrap.
4. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, or Netlify.
5. Basic understanding of SEO best practices in Next.js.
