Dialmenow Now Online Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated React/Next.js Developer to join our team in Shyam Nagar, Jaipur. As a React/Next.js Developer , you will collaborate with a dynamic team of designers, developers, and other stakeholders to build and enhance web applications. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professionals with foundational knowledge to gain industry experience while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Build, maintain, and optimize web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Code Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and backend teams to integrate APIs and implement responsive, user-friendly features.
• Learning & Growth: Stay updated with the latest advancements in React, Next.js, and other relevant technologies.
• Debugging & Testing: Identify and resolve bugs, conduct thorough testing, and ensure the performance and stability of applications.
• Deployment Support: Assist in deploying and monitoring applications on live servers.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of code and processes for future reference.

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic Knowledge Required:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential.
• Basic understanding of React.js and Next.js, with hands-on experience in creating simple applications.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Git for version control.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic backend concepts.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of debugging tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap) is a plus.
• Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.
• Familiarity with deployment workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and hosting platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or AWS.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Candidates with strong portfolios or proven practical experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience working with React.js and Next.js (Preferred).
• Freshers with exceptional skills and project experience will also be considered.
