Job Title : React/React Native Intern
Location : Sector 6 Noida
Department : Technology/Engineering
Reports To : Engineering Manager / Technical Lead

Job Purpose:

As a React/React Native Intern , you will gain hands-on experience in building modern web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native. You will work alongside experienced developers, learn about industry best practices, and contribute to live projects while improving your skills in front-end and mobile development.

Key Responsibilities:React (Web) Development:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using React.js .
• Work on UI components based on provided designs and wireframes.
• Help integrate APIs and third-party libraries to enhance web application functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews and debugging efforts.

React Native (Mobile) Development:

• Assist in the development of mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android .
• Collaborate with the team to improve the mobile user experience and fix bugs in the app.
• Learn and implement mobile-specific features such as push notifications , camera access , and location services using React Native.

Collaboration & Learning:

• Work closely with senior developers, designers, and product teams to learn how projects are planned and executed.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning , and team discussions to understand Agile methodologies.
• Learn to write unit tests , assist with debugging issues, and track issues via GitHub or other issue-tracking tools.

Code & Development Best Practices:

• Follow best practices for writing clean and efficient code.
• Gain exposure to version control workflows using Git and understand the process of pull requests and code reviews.
• Assist in optimizing the performance of web and mobile applications.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education :
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related field (or recently graduated).
• Technical Skills :
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 , and CSS3 .
• Familiarity with React.js or React Native (project or coursework experience is a plus).
• Exposure to Git and version control systems.
• Basic understanding of API integration (RESTful APIs, JSON).
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions and seek help when needed.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills (Optional, but a plus):

• Exposure to TypeScript .
• Experience with mobile development or familiarity with Android/iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles or design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
