As a React Native Developer, a candidate MUST have experience in:

A thorough understanding of ReactJS React Native
Firm grasp of modern JavaScript(ES6, ES7) with the ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
Can setup React Native projects without using expo (React Native + Redux + React-Redux + React Navigation + env. based configurations)
Professional working experience in React Native with Redux. Component-based UI design. Container-component based integrations
Understands the React lifecycle well
Must have published app in play store and app store
Ability to take technical ownership of the project
2-3 yrs of relevant experience is essential
Good to have working knowledge in Agile Methodology
