The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end technologies and a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and accessible web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of web development best practices, design patterns, and cutting-edge frameworks.Here's how you\'ll contribute:\xc2\xb7 Develop and optimize user interfaces using modern web technologies.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and adaptive web designs.\xc2\xb7 Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.\xc2\xb7 Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.\xc2\xb7 Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.\xc2\xb7 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Skills required to contribute:\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SASS/SCSS/LESS Atomic Design\xc2\xb7 Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks, especially ReactJS and NextJS. State Management with Redux, RTK good to have.\xc2\xb7 Expertise in TypeScript and familiarity with ES5/ES6.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of JAMStack architecture and Webpack.\xc2\xb7 Experience with Module Federation and Micro Front End architectures.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with ReactJS libraries.\xc2\xb7 Experience with GIT, including branching and merging strategies.\xc2\xb7 Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in design thinking and problem-solving.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of algorithms and design patterns.

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of third-party plugins like Google Analytics and Omniture/ Payment interface.
• Familiarity with compliance standards like PCI, PII/GDPR, Accessibility
• Adherence to programming principles like DRY, KISS, SOLID, and IDEAL.
• Ability to learn, upskill, and lead by example.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with StencilJS.
• UX design skills and familiarity with tools like Figma.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting.
