This position will engage, collaborate and partner with Product Management, Software Development, DevOps, and Technology Partners to drive strategy and approach for Intelligent Document Capturing & Processing solutions. You will be responsible for React Development and will support the implementation and rollout of Software Solutions in the area of Information Capturing & Processing (ICP) Crew which is part of Client Documents and Records Management.

We are looking for a React Developer to:

• support S/W Development activities
• provide expert advice and SME knowledge to key stakeholders
• maintain consistency and comply with UBS standards
• engaging with all areas within ICP and multiple stakeholders at all levels across the bank including international locations

You will be working in the Information Capturing & Processing Crew, which is part of the foundation stream of Client Document and Records Management. You will work within a team of developers and software engineers who work across various PODs of Information Capturing & Processing.



The crew mission is to become the global differentiator for capturing and processing of (client) information by offering innovative information services for integration & automation.



The members of your chapter are working out of Switzerland, India, Poland and Singapore.

Your expertise


• comes with 5+ years of experience
• strong analytical skills - interpreting the meaning of information
• strong IT background
• excellent in written in English is a must
• familiar with Agile methodologies
• play an active role in consulting product owners on translating OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) into backlog items and include architectural improvements into the roadmap



Essential Skills/Experience:



• React is the main/key skillset
• Working experience with React JS, Javascript, Redux, Webpack, JEST, REST and up to date with the latest Javascript features
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS and responsive web design
• General dev skills: GIT, GITLab, Maven, YAML, IntelliJ
• Able to prioritize work in a high velocity environment
• Nice to have backend development skills - Java, Springboot
• Nice to have experience of Azure Cloud
