About the role
------------------



As an R & D Category Senior Associate you'll lead innovation within Reckitt's diverse portfolio. Apply your expertise to guide critical research and development initiatives, shaping the future of well-known Reckitt products. In this role, you will blend scientific knowledge with strategic insight to uplift product development, propelling them to meet rigorous healthcare standards. With a focus on cross-functional collaboration and team leadership, your work will directly impact the integrity and success of our products on a global scale.
Your responsibilities

• Lead a range of project and non-project R & D activities, ensuring delivery to the highest healthcare product standards.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, driving them to successful completion with diligent planning and execution.
• Define project requirements including funding and resource allocation, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Develop team strategy, set priorities and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Engage with shared R & D labs and operations teams for audit preparations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and contribute to the efficiency and compliance within the R & D team, supporting management with key performance indicators.


The experience we're looking for

• Solid R & D background with a history of successful project delivery.
• Experience in developing products within regulated environments, such as Medical Devices.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining technical files and navigating the product lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage resources and budgets effectively.
• Aptitude for developing and nurturing a team, combined with strong collaboration skills.
• Keen business acumen, strategic thinking, and an understanding of consumer needs.
• A transformative approach to innovation processes and digital development in R & D.
