R&d Project Lead
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Lead for our R&D team, specializing in Immunology or Molecular Biology. The successful candidate will lead cutting-edge research projects, drive scientific innovation, and contribute to the development of new products and technologies.
• 1. Demonstrable experience in the Design, Development & Validation of Diagnostic Products
• 2. Experience in project management and developing robust processes
• 3. Lead the R&D team and foster delivery-focused, highly engaged team culture that aligns with company values
• 4. Review project deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• 5. Understanding & experience - ISO 13485, MDR/IVDR standards
QUALIFICATION : PhD, MSc / M.Tech with 3+ years of experience in Molecular Biology/Biomedical Science or Immunology.
