ob Title : R&D Officer - Colour Cosmetics

Location : Umbergaon

Experience : 3 to 4 years

Qualification :

B.Sc. Cosmetology, General

Salary : Based on interview performance and skill set.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and formulate colour cosmetics like lipsticks, foundations, and eyeshadows.
• Research new trends, raw materials, and technologies in the cosmetic industry.
• Conduct stability testing and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and raw material suppliers.
• Maintain detailed records of formulations and prepare technical reports.

Key Skills Required :

• Knowledge of polymers and cosmetic formulation techniques.
• Expertise in colour matching, pigment selection, and product development.
• Familiarity with cosmetic regulations, safety, and compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting formulations.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects.
• Creativity to innovate and develop unique cosmetic products.
