R&D Executive

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented R&D Executive specializing in nail paint and hair care products to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will drive the development and enhancement of our product lines, ensuring they meet consumer demands and industry standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting formulations that push the boundaries of beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development: Lead the formulation and development of new nail paint and hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners, treatments, and nail polishes.

Research & Innovation: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends in nail and hair care. Generate innovative product concepts based on consumer insights and competitive analysis.

Testing & Evaluation: Oversee stability, performance, and safety testing for all formulations. Analyze data to optimize product effectiveness and ensure high-quality standards.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and safety standards (e.g., FDA, EU regulations). Stay updated on industry guidelines.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to align product development with market needs and ensure successful launches.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of formulations, processes, and testing results. Prepare technical documents and reports as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's preferred).

2-3 years of experience in R&D, specifically in nail paint and hair care products.

Strong understanding of formulation chemistry and product development in these categories.

Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in beauty products.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
