About the role

As an R&D Executive in the Raw Materials Governance team - Health & Hygiene, you'll have the freedom to drive resiliency, compliance and improve data management of raw materials of Reckitt's portfolio that touches millions of lives. Worldwide.
Your responsibilities
-------------------------
• The Raw Materials Executive (Junior Associate) will be part of the R&D Operations Raw Materials Governance team, Health & Hygiene. You will lead activities that are focused on ingredient resiliency and compliance on a global basis, with the aim of keeping our products compliant and future proofed.
Key responsibilities include:
• Deliver proactive ingredient reviews by providing data analysis and generate impact assessments of ingredients used in Health & Hygiene Products on the market.
• Identify gaps while performing reviews and suggest resolution options with corrective action plans, collaborating effectively with wider RM and R&D Operations teams for successful implementation of the overall plans.
• Deal effectively with complexity and ambiguity when interfacing with cross-functional partners, understanding and adjusting to changing situations and problems as they arise.
• Timely escalate issues that would impact agreed plans.
• Demonstrate quality mind with 'Right First Time' practice by following documented procedures and good documentation practice.
• Lead projects / initiatives relating to process improvements/ways of working and elevate our compliance standards.
The experience we're looking for

• A solid scientific foundation, either through a degree in a related field or experience in formulation and scientific operations.
• An innate ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, coupled with the drive to succeed independently.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a proficiency in data analysis and technical issue resolution.
• Business and commercial awareness paired with the curiosity to understand consumer insights.
• Adaptability to technological advancements and a forward-thinking mindset that challenges existing paradigms for continuous innovation.
