Job description:- - A Research and Development (R&D) Engineer plays a crucial role in organizations focused on innovation and technology advancement - Design and develop innovative mechanical and electronics projects. Developing ideas for production, accuracy and leading the product development through to fruition. - Creating detailed plans with various teams including the engineering Dept. to manage product development and production. Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Working alongside other engineers and developers to mockup product and production designs. Build and test prototypes, adjusting as needed. - Redesigning existing products or Production channels to enhance functionality or reduce COST & TAT. -Meeting with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss Process ideas. -Conducting market research and evaluating similar technology and their functions. - Collaborating with the engineering department on production feasibility. Qualifications:- master\'s degree in relevant fields such as B. Tech / BE Mechanical Experience:- Fresher\'s / Experienced Job Type: Full-time Salary: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Schedule:
