The team manager is expected to define and implement both long-term and short-term strategies for the team, as per the overall organization strategy.Your Responsibilities:Prepare or support in preparing technical design documents in response to market / product / technical / functional / non-functional requirements specificationsDevelop and assess control concepts for low / medium voltage xe2x80x93 low / high power chargersOwn and deliver on the control elements of e-Mobility charging solutions including overall control architecture, hardware selection, programming, and testingDevelop / build proof of concepts as a step towards comprehensive control software developmentDevelop, test, verify, and validate, or review control and protection software (PLC, SCADA, protection relay, PID regulation, IEC 61850, xe2x80xa6) for eMobility charging solutions according to security development lifecycle and technical design documentsConduct and / or participate in unit / bench / API / functional / non-functional testing of software products / featuresSupport lab testing, on-site installations, commissioning, or troubleshooting for customer projectsAnalyze the developed code, prepare bug reports, conduct root cause analysis, suggest fixes, implement and / or ensure implementation of the identified solution, subsequent verification and validation stepsDeploy, deliver, and operate control software products and releases for internal / external customer projectsAct as L3/L4 support team member for, e.g., troubleshooting control software issues with usersCreate documentation artefacts such as reports, user manuals, operating procedures, test procedures, guidelines, report templates for engineering and commissioning engineersLiving Hitachi Energyxe2x80x99s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your Background:Bachelorxe2x80x99s or master's degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, computer science or similarExperience in industrial control software development with Codesys (must have) and with PLC programming, SCADA, WEB-HMIExperience with Embedded C/C++ programming and Experience with Communication Protocols (RS232/485, Modbus RTU/TCP-IP, MQTT, EtherCAT, CAN, WS, HTPP / HTPPS etc)Experience with EV charger and CCS2 protocols (OCPP, ISO 15118 / DIN 70121 / SAE J3105 / VDV 261) and MQTT protocol,Experience in Testing and commissioning of control systems, Network architecture/configuration & Network device integration & Cyber Security Fundamental IEC 62443 would be an advantage.Experience with Power Eletronics control and low voltage and medium voltage network distribution would be an advantage & experience with DC network and energy storage systems (battery, supercaps, BMS) would be an advantageTeam spirit with the capacity to work independently, complemented by a quick intellect and well-developed analytical skillsExperience in working with scrum development lifecycle modelExperience in working with IEC standard, ANSI (others are also preferred)Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is requiredQualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
