Performs a variety of projects requiring understanding of chemistries and paints
Interprets and applies department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations; ensures compliance with these areas.
Based on the training provided should be able to perform complex projects that requires professional judgment
Should be able to perform projects with minimum assistance and completes as per the committed timelines.
To comply with the HR, company and safety procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of chemistries and paints
Formulation of paints based on guideline and paint calculations.
Preparation of paint samples and applications
Testing of liquid and dry film properties of paints
Good verbal and writing communications.
Technical reports writing
Handling multiple projects and time management
Interpreting and applying department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applicable applications.
Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction and feedback.
Fresher or max of 2 years of experience in paints or resins
Resin synthesis knowledge is an additional but not a must requirement.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Master\'s degree in chemistry or B.Tech. / BE in Polymer/Paint Technology or equivalent education and experiences.
