Job Description


:

  • Understanding project objectives, outline tasks, deliver, present results and other related activities.
  • Performs a variety of projects requiring understanding of chemistries and paints
  • Interprets and applies department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations; ensures compliance with these areas.
  • Based on the training provided should be able to perform complex projects that requires professional judgment
  • Should be able to perform projects with minimum assistance and completes as per the committed timelines.
  • To comply with the HR, company and safety procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of chemistries and paints
  • Formulation of paints based on guideline and paint calculations.
  • Preparation of paint samples and applications
  • Testing of liquid and dry film properties of paints
  • Good verbal and writing communications.
  • Technical reports writing
  • Handling multiple projects and time management
  • Interpreting and applying department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applicable applications.
  • Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction and feedback.
  • Fresher or max of 2 years of experience in paints or resins
  • Resin synthesis knowledge is an additional but not a must requirement.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master\'s degree in chemistry or B.Tech. / BE in Polymer/Paint Technology or equivalent education and experiences.
