Role: Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter- Revenue Cycle Management Location: Bangalore/ Pune/ Hyderabad Summary: We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team and help us attract top talent in the Revenue Cycle Management field. As a recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, sourcing, and selecting candidates for various positions in our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for Revenue Cycle Management roles, and a strong understanding of the customer service industry. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent in Revenue Cycle Management. Identify and source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience. Manage the candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
