• Executive-level skills in client relationship management and the ability to hold conversations with senior management executives;
• Partnering with onshore teams to understand client\'s business & related industry issues / trends and conduct Internal audits and internal control engagements for global clients;
• Market Leadership;
• Participate in key business development efforts;
• Support the practice in building the Media & Entertainment (TMT) Sector (across Film & Television Production, Broadcast, Streaming Services, Music Industry, Gaming Industry, Publishing, Advertising & Marketing (Media Focus), Should have experience of working on areas (but not limited to) Advertising & Marketing, Social media and brand reputation, Royalty & participation, Content acquisition and Licensing, Production and post production process, System security, Regulatory reviews, Content Strategy, Media Operations, Media Technology & Platforms, Distribution & Monetization (Media & Entertainment), Media Rights Management within the Enterprise Risk Team;
• Support multiple innovation initiatives to enhance existing solutions leveraging emerging technologies like Robotics, AI, Advanced Analytics;
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple service lines, sharing your knowledge and experience to guide business decisions;
• Monitoring industry news, tools and trends while suggesting potential risks, as well as opportunities to improve the way we work;
• Collaborating with global Sector leads/ teams across the regions to help grow the Media and Entertainment Sector Accounts across solutions
• Opportunity of active participation in Media and entertainment Sector pursuits to bring in/ display the sector skillset within the team/ solutions/ enablers to bring the differentiation to the pursuit; and
• Building strategy around growing EYs and GDS footprint in the Media and entertainment Sector space, increasing GDS integration on the accounts.

Quality delivery

• Independently manage client assignments with minimal supervision;
• Manage multiple assignments and related project teams;
• Meet quality guidelines within the established turnaround time (or allotted budget) for assigned requests;
• Constantly monitor project progress, manage risk and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes;
• Demonstrate application and solution-based approach to problem solving while executing client engagements and documenting working papers;
• Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate on a timely basis; and
• Identify process gaps and accordingly provide recommendation in areas requiring improvement based on the client\'s business process and industry practice.

Operational Excellence

• Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service; and
• Manage engagement budgets and ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.

• Strong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting, or similar work experience in similar industry, Big 4 preferred);

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• More than 10 years of a \xe2\x80\x9cBig 4\xe2\x80\x9d or professional firm or professional industry experience in risk, internal audit, internal controls;
• Specialization in handling engagements in the Media & Entertainment sector across following sub sectors but not limited to: Film & Television Production, Broadcast, Streaming Services, Music Industry, Gaming Industry, Publishing, Advertising & Marketing (Media Focus);
• Should have experience of working on areas (but not limited to) Advertising & Marketing, Social media and brand reputation, Royalty & participation, Content acquisition and Licensing, Production and post production process, System security, Regulatory reviews, Content Strategy, Media Operations, Media Technology & Platforms, Distribution & Monetization (Media & Entertainment), Media Rights Management;
• Strong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar);
• Strong multi-project management skills;
• Skilled at collaborating, motivating and guiding high performance teams;
• Cognitive problem-solving capabilities, quick decision making skills and ability to handle complex situations with a calm demeanor;
• Exceptional command on spoken and written English;
• Globally mobile and flexible to travel to onsite locations;
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills; and
• Ability to think differently and innovate.

Ideally, you\'ll also have

• Responsible for the performance and appraisal of direct reports, including training and developing necessary skill sets to enable them to grow in their careers;
• Mentor and coach junior team members, enabling them to meet their performance goals and successfully grow their careers;
• Run sector focused upskilling programs to train the team on latest solutions/ technologies in the Media and Entertainment Sector;
• Build new sector focused solutions in collaboration with the Global sector teams/ GDS sector leads to enhance the GDS Play in the Media and Entertainment Sector; and
• Lead delivery of big sector accounts to ensure display of sector depth and knowledge to onshore, stabilizing the GDS play in the account.
