What you will do:
As a Solutions/Pre-sales consultant, you will be responsible for providing support for client initiated proposals, proactive pursuits, development of offerings, sales collaterals, marketing content generation, etc. You will work closely with the sales, delivery, and practice teams to understand the client\'s needs, challenges, and expectations, and craft compelling solutions that address them. You will also showcase RCG\'s capabilities and differentiators to the clients and prospects through presentations, demos, white papers, case studies, etc. You will be a key contributor to the growth and success of RCG\'s business.
What\'s expected from you:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital solutions space
- Engage with the clients and prospects to understand their business goals, pain points, and requirements
- Collaborate with the sales, delivery, and practice teams to design and propose optimal solutions that meet the client\'s needs and expectations
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, demos, white papers, case studies, etc. that showcase RCG\'s value proposition and differentiators
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM tools with accurate and relevant information
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales, delivery, and practice teams to improve the quality and effectiveness of the solutions and offerings
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the digital solutions domain
Are you eligible?
- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions, or consulting roles in the digital solutions space working for IT services and/or software product companies
- You have a MBA or equivalent degree in business, management, or related fields
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- You have above average knowledge of one or more industry (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Consumer goods & retail, Travel & Hospitality, etc)
- You have worked across complex and medium to large size deals involving various IT services/solutions including product/software engineering, cloud, data, AI, analytics, product design, quality engineering, automation, etc
- You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- You have a good understanding of the digital solutions landscape, including data, cloud, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies
- You have experience in working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
- You have a customer-centric and result-oriented mindset
- You are willing to travel as per the business needs
