The role has the responsibility to acquire CASA and FD exponentially across the Bank through Liability Sales Team comprising large number of workforce. Smoothening of process and getting desired product is to be done. This would involve liasioning with various departments and stake holders. The end result in terms of CASATD NTB numbers, fee and compliance adherence which would be the key responsibilities.\xef\xbf\xbdRoles & Responsibilities\xef\xbf\xbd Devising strategy and techniques to increase TASC sales through Liability Sales Team across the Bank
\xef\xbf\xbd Imparting On the job training with regards to products and services to various resources
\xef\xbf\xbd Joint Calls with Liability Sales Team for business acquisition and relationship management and initial hand holding
\xef\xbf\xbd Meet productivity parameters and branch activation (in TASC)
\xef\xbf\xbd Ensure increase in fee income for the bank through cross sales and product penetration
\xef\xbf\xbd Complete adherence to the compliance & audit guidelines of the bank by minimising probability of Risk & fraud
\xef\xbf\xbd Ensuring smooth onboarding of customers
\xef\xbf\xbd Ensuring PPC, and right pricing of CMS for the on boarded customers
\xef\xbf\xbd Conceptualizing and implementing strategies in order to increase sales, customer satisfaction, Process ease and enhanced compliance
